Sleeping [Mutated] Pengulls Are Too Loud

The sound for the sleeping mutated pengulls is far louder than anything else in the game.

Like so loud it hurts.

Steps to Reproduce
Put a mutated pengull to sleep with volume on.
Go to bugs
