That's more of an observation.
The Crabby Hermit sells a plan of the Pinchin' Winch, but the prototype of the Pinchin' Winch is also available with Think Tank, which is necessary to have a boat anyway. So players will never need to buy the blueprint.
May the Think Tank should no offert to prototype Pinchin' Winch or the Crabby Hermit should not sell this blueprint.
Edit: There is a similar situation with Shell Beach Turf Blueprint also accessible with Science Machine.
Steps to Reproduce
Buying the Pinchin' Winch blueprint to Crabby Hermit is useless.
