Heirloom Skins Dropping Naturally

I put my spiffy skins in the Trade Inn and got an Heirloom Deerfrid skin. I also noticed that while in-game the Costumes are marked as Heirlooms, they aren't on Steam. I sold the skin to get more skins for spool so I'm not complaining, but I feel a bit worried that I've accidentally cheated the game with this.

Steps to Reproduce

Either get lucky with random drops or put Spiffies in the Trade Inn until you get what you want.

I think it's normal, from the update announcement:

Previous Costume Collection skins have been converted to Heirloom Quality items and will no longer drop after the end of the event. 

Which I guess means that these are already heirloom, but remain in the drop table until the end of Hallowed Nights.
