When the Friendly Fruit Fly dies, it stays dead forever, unlike other followers that follow an item, like Chester. Could be intentional, just felt out of place.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get yourself a Friendly Fruit Fly Fruit

2. Kill the fly

3. Won't respawn in a million years

I think it's supposed to work like glommer, the fruit rotten and you have to get a new fruit.
