Almost every kind of raid bosses are immune to telelocator staff, celestial champion which is supposed to be a moon island exclusive raid boss, can be teleported to the mainland via the staff. Players also can continue the fight at the place the boss teleported.
Steps to Reproduce
1) teleport the celestial champion.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
