Abigail can get stuck outside of the arena

I don't know how it happened, but once I realised that Abigail is floating above the lava outside the arena and therefore cannot join the fight. Maybe she died at the edge and her flower flew out?

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure, play Wendy and experiment with Abigail at the edges...

I have encountered this problem as well twice. Once we encounter the problem, do we need to shut the game down to report it or what is the best way to go about it?
