Wrong apostrophe is starting to be used in quotes lately

Noticed it because of these two new Walter items, but this is actually present in a handful of other quotes which are all relatively recent. I say WRONG but this more weird looking and inconvenient having the two sort present in speech, now making appearances for seemingly no reason at all.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
