donno if bugged or not but my teammate complained about still having health penalty, is it based on freshness or does it always give health penalty even when i rez them and have the skill?

Steps to Reproduce

player B dies, revived by wortox A with Lifebringer lll.

one of my friends revived me with my own twintailed heart and it gave respawn penalty as well. it can't be freshness-based, i had made the heart extremely recently.

I had situation when I while playing as Wortox got revived with the heart I made and also got Penalty.

Kinda wish I could haunt it to revive myself, but well.
