When the cannon tower hits the boat, it will kill the fish below across the boat.

As the title says.
Regular cannons and other projectiles will not be able to kill fish/enter the ocean when they are blocked by the boat. Only it is an exception.

Steps to Reproduce

1.fight with CK

2. watch

Go to bugs

Seems to be something to do with ice breaking/spawning. Not sure but I have randomly been missing half my bumpers after fighting CK.
