Steps to Reproduce

Repair a broken APS.

Don't get tier 2 APS items.

Cry. (Idk if the one that spawns in the world works properly).

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It's most likely because of this bug :

So if you update from one filter to another the recipes should display again, telling you in case you need them by now !
