Table vase flowers not rotting

Flowers and Light bulbs socketed into the Table Vase item don't seem to be rotting like in the end table.

Steps to Reproduce

Put a light bulb in the Table vase item put it on the floor and skip time with long update

Go to bugs

Sadly, the rotting is actually hooked up, and just doesn't respond properly to LongUpdate. I've added support for that for our next beta update.

I'll take the other feedback back to the team and see how we feel about it. Thanks for the report!
