Strident Trident damage incorrect on ice slab

Strident trident is supposed to do more damage when on the ocean. During the crab king fight, you are forced off your boat onto some very temporary ice which is *floating on the ocean*. However, the trident damage calculation currently thinks the ice is land and less damage is done as a result.

Screenshot is from shark boss ice since crab king fight is a little hectic for testing

Steps to Reproduce

Make a strident trident

Make a punching bag

Build a punching bag on boat/ice slab

See that the punching bag on the ice slab registers less damage.

If it works on ice floes, I hope it also works on Dock and Charlie's Vine Bridge... For the same reason

ice is not dirt/etc. It's water, just frozen. It is by definition not land.
