slurtle mounds cannot be extinguished with willow's lighter

If you are near a slurtle mound that is on fire, you cannot use Willow's lighter to absorb the flame.

Steps to Reproduce

Light up a slurtle mound, try to use the lighter to absorb the flame.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I think the best way to deal with this is add a physical collision detection so they don't have to keep increasing willow's extinguish radius.
