Prototype-able items are not affected by the craftable filter

Steps to Reproduce

Have the materials to make an item that you have not yet made.

Sort by using the craftable filter.

The item you can prototype won't be affected by the craftable filter, despite the fact that you can make it.

See how I could have made the Bug Net and Pond Fishing Rod but had not yet learnt their recipes.
