Piggyback still covers circuits in Non-integrated Backpack Mode

The piggyback still covers the circuits when you are not using integrated backpack layout. Krampus Sack still covers it a bit, but is decent enough to see when the first circuit is charged, unlike the piggyback.

Steps to Reproduce

Equip a piggyback sack and turn off integrated backpack layout if you have it enabled.

Perhaps the electricity meter could be moved+rotated to be beside the equipment slots in the inventory.
