That has been around since boats themseelves and while I enjoy Ocuvigils on them to mark their position and it's getting more convainent now because of Wortox change, however I've totally stopped to place them while I play cause multiplayer because of this :
Could that get patched ? I think they do remove themselves after reloading, but this is still rather an annoyance while it's here. 
Steps to Reproduce
Ocuvigil on boat, have someone to use the boat, other playesr will get enormously long trail of everything that's in the boat on the map.
