Grogginess is very long if the character cannot sleep

if you stand for 2 periods of time, the effect will decrease for almost half a day. And at this time the player will have a reduced speed. Is it possible to somehow limit it to 50s? to take less time at the exit

Take a character who cannot fall asleep and stand in a cloud for a long time

But it's an interesting feature to exploit in pvp...
