Examine lines for playbill_the_doll and charlie_lecturn.

I've noticed that there are examination lines for playbill_the_doll and charlie_lecturn.

Both lead to the same object but whenever you examine it, you only get what act + scene you are in.

I do not know the intention of these examine lines, though I figured it'd be important since Wilson tells us who the author of the book is.

Steps to Reproduce

See there are examine lines for the lecturn and I'm guessing the book.

See in-game the examine is only what part of the act + scene you are in.

playbill_the_doll is the play book that is currently in the charlie_lecturn 
charlie_lecturn will use that inspect string if there is no play setup on it.

This are more for future support as these states can not be achieved without mods or console commands.

Is Wilson's quote for who the author of the book canon in the lore then or no? That's mainly why I reported it (and so we'd know if Charie's last name really does begin with W) :)
