Can not place deployables on repaired leaks.

The user is unable to place deployables on repaired leaks. The placer for the deployable disappears

This only applies to deployables, structures directly from crafting are still able to be placed on repaired leaks, it is specifically deployable items that can not be.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Cause leak

2. Fix with patch or trusty tape

3. Can't place deployable on repaired leak

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

This also applies to trying to place deployables on the walking plank while structures are able to, I believe it is reasonable enough to allow to place deployables on the plank as we are now able to place structures/deployables on bumpers.
