Both Willow and Bernie are missing Alignment tags

Selecting the alignment skills doesn't grant Bernie or Willow their proper tags.

Seemingly Bernie just gets Planar, not the specific alignments, making both forms virtually the same. Testing this has been rough, I want to note.

Steps to Reproduce

Obtain the Alignment skills for both Bernie and Willow.

Willow also missing the 10% damage reduction and damage multiplier for both allgiance (if it's not part of the design).
