Applied Horticulture Upgrade grows less plants than normal horticulture book

The normal horticulture book has 5 reads and grows 10 plants per read for a total of 50. The upgraded book has 3 reads and grows 15 plants per read for a total of 45. Players can of course exhaust 4/5 reads from a normal horticulture book to make it go farther, but an "upgrade" should not be worse than the thing being upgraded from.
