Before and after being selected, the border around it gets bigger and the icon gets smaller, compared to the normal icons (below) that become bigger to match with the border when selected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select Team Spirit IV
- Compare its icon when unselected selected to another in Abigail's radial menu
