Poison Crash?

I got a crash which happened when Packim Baggins got poisoned, not immediatly but that's the only lead I got.

Steps to Reproduce
All I know is that it happened pretty soon after Packim got poisoned. Doesn´t seem to matter how.

I received the same crash log.  Same thing, packim was poisoned and it occurred when his poison state should have ended.
