    Starting any run in front of your ghost and then allowing them to catch up and fall behind multiple times in a few seconds makes the ghosts head and limbs disappear. Seems to happen when the ghost catches up and exists in the same space as the character model. Perhaps the game, in attempts to not make the players vision obstructed by the ghosts head is turning it invisible but the constant catching up and falling behind glitches this system out causing the game to keep the head invisible even when the player surpasses or falls behind the ghost.
