It would consume lots of power,5kw would be reasonable in my eyes, but feel free to give your opinion. It would also take a very long time to finish the process, 1 to 1.5 cycles seems reasonable, but again feel free to give your opinion. I was thinking about a machine you could find in the caustic biome, similar to how AETN is found in the ice biomes. It would transform hydrogen into chlorine and produce heat. Lorewise it would be an explaination to where the chlorine came from originally and why are those biomes hot. It would also add an alternative source of chlorine for Gassy Moos.
