Hide Players Indicators

Is there a mod or command to disable the players indicators completely? I have a friend that has a low performance computer and has to play the game in a small screen, making some HUD things bigger than they should be (which greatly annoys him). This is what he sees on his screen:

I'm pretty sure he knows where everyone is.
