Dovahkick
That idea came into my mind when I watched the "Occupational Upgrade" short animation. In the short, we can see Meep trying various jobs from other dupe "teachers" such as Ren, Ari and Mi-Ma. The dupes who successfully perform the task from the teacher gets promoted unlike Meep who end up with catastrophic results. So, to sum up, dupes who mastered a job gives a bonus to dupes who are learning the job they mastered. Of course, there's the 50% bonus for dupes with job interrests, but this bonus only affects dupes as a trait. I think that having a bonus from other dupes would make sense. Let me give you an example. I have a dupe X who mastered the job of General Engineer and Electrical Engineer, I then decide to assign another dupe Y to the General Engineer job. The dupe X gives a mastery bonus to the dupe Y because the dupe Y is learning a job that dupe X has mastered. What do you think?
