It increases the rate of research AND it increases the rate at which you learn other skills. crypticorb Posted October 27, 2018 Share Posted October 27, 2018 When selecting dupes, I ALWAYS pick dupes with at least some learning. It's the most potent skill of the bunch, even in the short term will make life faster and easier, and long term will mean dupes will be amazingly leveled after only 100 cycles. I always put every dupe through research assistant training, for the +2 learning, and spread the researching between every dupe to give them each levels in it until they all have at least +4.
