Sasza22 Posted October 26, 2018 Share Posted October 26, 2018 How about a more advanced space scanner that takes more space and requires some interstellar research but in exchange can be automated to send signals at the start and end of meteor seasons or a set time before a rocket lands. It would simplify rocket management and allow to easily identify peace seasons to plan future launches. It wouldn`t detect incomming showers so the smaller scanner still has a purpose. I like the idea. the large one use for planning purposes and smaller one for detect incoming meteor in case there is meteor shower outside the season. Pretty neet concept. Also larger probably need more power, so you would have to think thing through.
