Expresso Machine not in Recreation Room

Should the Expresso Machine show the "outside of recreational building" warning even inside a Great Hall - which also requires a Recreational Building?

If so, is there some sort of extra buff that the Recreational Room gives the Recreational Buildings for being inside it instead of in the Great Hall?

It`s a known issue they show "outside recreation room" in the great hall. It will rpobably be fixed at some point.

The main thing recreation buildings get from having their room is dupes being there during the break time so they can use them. I`m seeing dupes very rarely using the stuff in the great halkl instead (and my rec room is pretty crowded in my current base).
