Animation Issue

Hello i was recently trying to fix the winterfeast menu again however

the menu appears correct after c_reset() or DoRestart(true)

but if i dont use it it looks like this

I was trying to fix it for a year then i tried to redo the animation with different Bank name it worked but it was very glitchy so i assume the game might have problem with detecting banks or something like that im not sure about it  

Client_log gives me info around the animation errors
