rev_ursa Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 Hey folks. 617 hours in and still loving the challenge. Could we please add a way to just dump stuff at the end of the conveyor rail? Trying to keep the skylights clear is best done with auto-sweepers, but man the storage fills FAST. Being able to just dump it somewhere would be helpful. Thanks! Sasza22 Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 There`s a tick you can do with 2 auto sweepers and a smart storage compactor. The first sweeper puts stuff in the smart storage which is set to a small max mass when it fills it activates the second sweeper (with logic) the sweeper picks up the stuff from inside and tries to put in another storage (note the other storage is out of range of the first sweeper and has a higher priority). When it empties the smart storage it is turned off and drops everything on the floor. I`ve seen people using this with eggs, it should also work with ore.
