How do I increase the explosive range of a meteor/explosive?

Alright First of all Im sorry if your annoyed with posts like this but I have no idea how to mod and I would like to increase the explosive range of a meteor. Im aware there are mods to increase it but those mods only double, I would like to increase the range to worldwide sizes.

So Are there any good tutorials for something like this? The only tutorials I found are "how to create a character" and "how to create a setpeice".
