i need help with the perks, please

[Demonic Goat]

I'm new to creating characters and that's why I need help with my character's perks because I do not know how to apply them correctly.     

1. Perks:

arachnophobic: He is afraid of all kinds of spiders, he will lose his sanity when he is near them  
Little Friend: Demonic goat begins with his chester friend to accompany him on his adventures    
Without fear of charlie: Demonic goat does not lose sanity when being close to the darkness, instead its sanity increases slowly being close to the darkness

I would greatly appreciate your help and tips to create characters in the future.
