Game optimization

Im off to Rise-of-the-Industry for now, due to coming to ONI`s limits on loading a single cpu core. There is only a few cpu`s ( Intel i9 series ) on the market for  $1000 which would give me 10% more FPS ( due to more 1/2/3 level cpu cache ) compared to my i7 7700k $300 CPU, but Im down to 5 FPS for now...It just doesnt matter if I run the game on 5 or 6 fps. Will come back in sometime...ONI is a great game ! Screenie is from Cosmic release, +100 dupes,i7 single core running at 4.5 GHz on Intel single core turbo boost - Not overlocked, but has an 1.3 KG Noctua nhd15 air cooler keeping the ONI used core at 45 celsius, open system without case, fast ssd`s, nvidia 1080 currently (3% ONI gpu load ), 32gb ddr4 @2400. I built the system for ONI 

If anybody is building a system for ONI, get an i7 8086k ( $400 usd ). I love amd, but intels turbo boost of one core gives a massive speed advantage for ONI. Forget it with amd for this game title, the more cores...the slower the game gets. One core needs to run as fast as possible, all other cores deactivated.
