another weird thing happening

so as i was working on the polluted water by the nice gulp fishes, i noticed something weird is happening. The polluted water falling from top is turning it self into ice at -2.2C.. as you can see in the pic, the is is forming above the water level instead and dropping down; instead of forming it in the water by the gulp fishes... .or is it just because clean water raise above before turning into ice??

Gulp fishes actually take in polluted water and convert it to clean water.  Clean water is both lighter then polluted water and freezes at a higher temperature.  So yes, the clean water raises and then quickly freezes if the temp is below freezing and drops to the bottom of the tank as ice.

did it test by closing the door above, yeap indeed gulp fish... guess time to come up with another logic gate
