A heat manipulation machine idea

A heat pump machine using liquid as a medium to move heat would be very useful for managing the heat in your base.

The heat pump machine would have a power input, a liquid input, and a liquid output.  If the machine were to replace the Thermo Aquatuner, the machine would have 2 modes Heat and Cool, otherwise it would just have a Cool mode (As the Thermo Auqatuner is a heat pump running in Heat mode).  It should have a automation input with the ability to turn the machine on and off.

Heat mode would output liquid that is colder then the input liquid, and the machine would gain heat.

Cool mode would output liquid that is hotter then the input liquid, and the machine would lose heat.

The electrical cost of moving the heat would be based on the temperature of the liquid feeding the machine.  Feeding a heat pump in Cool mode with a cooler liquid would cost less energy per unit of heat moved then feeding a heat pump with a hotter liquid.

Well the whole point of having liquid aquatuners, liquid tpidizers, radiant pipes, insulated tiles and pipes, temp shift plates, temperatue activated ensors sensors and so on is that you're given the element to design your own heatpumps and heat sinks from the elements given.

You can force the environment to be heated up with aquatuners but nothing do this in inverse(cool down environment heat up pipe)
