fractalesque Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 I agree! I often find myself assigning a specific duplicant to every job of every tier until I find one they have not yet mastered. It would indeed be great to have a way, from the jobs screen, to assign a duplicant directly to a job they have not yet mastered. I'm not quite sure how that would be best, maybe another icon, like the heart one that specifies which duplicant have interest in the job being considered, but with a wrench or something indicating they've already mastered it.
