I'm not sure why, but in my play through(s) I seem to spend half my time trying to get the right person to the right job. For some reason the wrong person always seems to be doing the wrong job. I assign them jobs, but it is still not enough. It would be nice if I could tell them what NOT to do too. If I could restrict everyone BUT my cook from cooking, maybe he would actually, you know, cook instead of digging.
