Koningkrush
Buildings and tiles adjacent to a square that's exposed to space should gradually lose heat over time due to thermal radiation. This would help fix problems with meteors just super-heating the surface and would also allow for cool heat-sinks sticking out the surface to drain heat passively. Additionally, although this would be far more complicated than above, heat should be transferred through a vacuum in some way. I'm not sure how that would be implemented. ImpalerWrG
Actually everything loses and gains heat in this way via black body radiation, not sure if the computational load would be worth it, maybe restrict it to the radiant pipes. Smuch
To be fair a lot many people have ben clamoring for the option to dump heat into space eventualy rather than forver relying into wheezewort, ATEN and the ocasional fixed output device which are suposedlybeen left as such n urpose so it's not a bug exploit but still feel like the flavor of one. That's kind of how real space stations deal with it and you know, planets too. I'd be fairly surprised if it isn't implmented in some way evenualy. by the time we get to release, (especialy since you can gain heat by sunlight.) That said, it's quite possible the system will be limited in some way . Maybe material with high heat conductvity ion the surfae when its 'dak' cn simpl emit light and lose heat.
