Fixed a crash that could occur when spawning Nega Shine bugs. Fixed a crash that could occur when placing Transit Tubes. Fixed a crash that could occur when a comet explodes near the edge of the world. Fixed a crash that could occur when multiple comets land in the same area. Fixed a crash that could occur when a Dupe really had to go to the bathroom but the nearest bathroom was assigned to someone else.
