Pressure Pump & Liquid Tank

I would suggest two new Machines to reduce storage hassle. 

First:

The Pressure Pump

As long as the Gas is above X KG of Density the Pump works without/low energy consumption.

Alternative: More Pressure -> Less Energy Cost 

Example: 10 KG of Oxygen -> 100W/s  | 1 KG of Oxygen -> 500 W

 

Second:

The Liquid Tank

An inline Tank in the Size of 2x3 that can store 5KG of liquid. 

From the Function it should simply work as an big pipe and fill on the backlog. 

Nice Addition: Automation Port that gives a Signal on "Full"

It would be better to have 3 parts.

1. input block

2.tank

3.output block

and we can build the tank any shape and size we want
