I almost don't enter the forums except when I really don't understand something after spending time trying to make it work. This time is the Steam Vent. It says it produces 56g of steam... I mean, that is... lame. My jacuzzi makes more steam than that. Not enough for making water, or use steam in any way. And I got 2, the second Steam Vent produces 126 g of steam. What uses does the darn thing have in reality? I got a hard seed map with those vents and 2 chlorine vents. You are ONI tenured scientists, I can almost hear your brilliant weird looking hat beepeing and lightin up in shiny colors while you write down your answers. Thanks in advance. PhailRaptor Posted April 25, 2018 Share Posted April 25, 2018 Ultimately, Hot Steam Vents are pretty useless. They barely produce any Steam. They do produce a ton of heat, which can be helpful for a number of processes, but even that is constrained by the harshly limited mass output.
