Dude check point modification

I see that dude check point become active (dude can pass through) when the power shut down, it's really annoying for me causing me trouble in some high pressure and low temperature room because the dude enter inside with the security system off.

I prefer to have a check point like with no power they can't pass, it can cause a dude can't pass and could die inside the room, and i think some people don't like the idea so a toggle switch to choose what's the door do if the power shutdown could be cool
