yoakenashi
After your duplicants have completed a few jobs, it's hard to identify what job to assign the duplicant next as all available jobs appear the same - regardless of whether the job has been completed or not. I had one suggestion before with adding highlighting, but that does require a lookup to be implemented and also has a downside for the colorblind. So a super simple solution is to add the already available resume list to the duplicants tooltip - see the attached screenshot of Meep's new and improved tooltip. From this example I can see that he is highly skilled in tinkering and athletics, but has already completed general engineer/electrical engineer and gofer/courier. I can also see that he has some skill in construction that would be worth leveling, but he hasn't completed apprentice architect. For posterity, here's a link to my previous highlight idea: Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/89632-add-resume-to-job-assignment-duplicant-tooltips/ Share on other sites
TheExceed
I like that, then add a yellow text color for dupes who started it but didn't finish Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/89632-add-resume-to-job-assignment-duplicant-tooltips/#findComment-1024629 Share on other sites

Check out the "Job mastery highlighting (has examples)" topic, it now has yellow and an "incomplete" description Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/89632-add-resume-to-job-assignment-duplicant-tooltips/#findComment-1028192 Share on other sites
