Pipe Block issue - Can't figure this issue

Hello.

Anyone got any idea why the Gas Pump has a blocked pipe ? Check the screenshots, what am I doing wrong ? Their not pumping air through it, I've connected everything right.

 

Any help is HIGHLY appreciated, I can't go on with my colony with without fixing this.

At the filter select a gas and everything else goes out green. That stuff you want (selected) uses orange output..
Deconstruct the left pump, use only the right one, or you will bypass one filter..

Oh I see. So the orange filters the selected element. What goes out the green output ?

Everything else.

Youll need to connect a pipe to the orange output and either dump the hydrogen somewhere or burn it on a hydrogen generator. Dumping it serves no purpose tho.

Just as a heads up, you will be causing yourself severe heat issues after some cycles. The o2 coming out of the room will get hotter over time, to some 40c or something, and you dont seem to have any way to cool that down to an acceptable level. You DONT want to dump that straight to your colony. If you dont yet have a stable and reliable way to produce and store power, stick with deoxyders for a while longer, even as a backup if something gets screwed up.
