Lutzkhie Posted March 11, 2018 Share Posted March 11, 2018 the new geyser/fumarole mechanics is good, but dormancy period should be equal or less than the active period of the fumaroles active period of fumaroles should only start if you found them, that way you wont be able to find "dormant" fumaroles which would be disappointing over pressurizing a fumarole should delay active period and so does the dormancy period fumaroles, geyser, volcanoes should equally be generated, i noticed that steam fumaroles are mostly likely to appear rather than hydrogen, and chlorine. (i even got a new game with all fumaroles being steam and water) players should have atleast 1 of each type, example 1: for metal volcanoes players should have atleast 1 either gold, copper or steel example 2: volcano should be given atleast 1 either big or small or add a setting in the custom game about fumarole generation where you can change the generation percentage of a certain fumarole (with this setting players can take advantage of all fumaroles without starting a new game and can be used for challenge games) analyzing fumaroles should be reduced to tier 4 level of scientist Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/88553-fumarole-dormant-period-and-etc/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
