MythN7
A machine that has very high product waste like the early game alloy maker, is needed for plastic, as the output on the current one is so hard to setup and manage, even for making just 1 or 2 beds. So I was thinking, what about allowing the refinery to turn clay and slime into plastic at a VERY! poor input to output rate. I would think melting clay and slime together would be some form of plastic. ImpalerWrG
Clay is composed of tiny minerals of silica and alumina, while plastics are formed from carbon chains. Slime as an organic material makes more sense as a raw material for plastics, but it needs something else. PVC plastics contain chlorine so a Slime + Chlorine gas plastic makes sense. Also some of the Earliest plastics were derived from plant cellulose so a recipe using Reed fiber + Chlorine would also work.
