How long to master jobs

I'm wondering if maybe someone has the calculations.

Say you have a dupe you want to get up to mechatronics engineer. So to do that they need to master gofer, courier and general engineer I think.

What would you say are the likely min-max times to get there? Either with or without an interest for the role. Idle or not idle. I'm looking for the most intense training regiment.

so i did the test, took me sometime

learning 0, on manual generator, two dupes at the same time morning started working

Day 1 in 375 seconds Tinkering +1

Day 3 in 1275 seconds Athletics +1, in 1425 seconds Tinkering +2

Day 5 in 3450 seconds Tinkering +3

Day 7 in 4425 seconds Athletics +2

My research found that higher levels need more time and experience to level up

It's just if you want your dupe to be good at it interest is the way to go, but in long run Learning still scales better

last moment found that supply or or engineer jobs doesn't help at running on manual generator, maybe later will try on farm or some other job
