You set your overworld to launch on port 10999, but the logs say that it was launched on port 11000. The caves on the other hand are set to launch on port 11000, and fail to bind to said port, because said port is already in use, which tells me that you have both shards set to run on the same port. This shouldn't really affect the server listing though, since a caves shard is not necessary for the server to list or run. Did you wait a few minutes after starting up the server? DST servers usually take a few minutes till they properly get listed. Check if you can directly connect to your server by using the command c_connect(<IP>,<port>,[password]) (leave away the comma and password if you don't have any password set.) Do you run the server on your local machine? (The same PC you are gaming from.)
